TMJ Massage
TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) Massage focuses on lessening jaw pain and strengthening the related muscles. We use a whole body approach, from the scalp to the feet, along with intraoral work. May feel some discomfort throughout the massage. This is a great option for anyone suffering with any type of jaw pain. Please refer to our FAQ page for when TMJ Massage should be avoided. Available in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage consists of firm pressure and slow strokes in order to reach the deep layers of muscle and fascia. This type of massage may be uncomfortable to some people due to the amount of pressure being used. Others prefer a deep tissue. This is a great option for pain relief.

Swedish
Swedish Massage uses light pressure and is composed of long, gentle, flowing strokes. This type of massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and is meant to calm and relax you. Great for people who just want to relax and be pampered.

Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massage is essentially a Swedish Massage with heated stones for the ultimate relaxation. The heat helps to relax the muscles and melt tension and stress away. Everyone's heat tolerance is different, so if it's ever too hot, tell your therapist right away!

Prenatal Massage is the best option for expectant mothers. Whether Mom-to-be is 12 weeks, 39 weeks, or anywhere in between, LB Serenity has got you covered. We use pillows specifically designed for mom and growing baby to ensure the maximum comfort.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient Chinese and Middle Eastern healing method that has gained popularity around the world. The cups use suction to pull up an area of skin which decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This pulls stagnant blood away from the injured area and allows for healthy blood to circulate better, thus creating a faster recovery.

Cold Stone Renewal
Our new Cold Stone Renewal is a soothing facial, scalp, and décolletege treatment using chilled stones and Jade Rollers to calm inflammation, reduce facial tension, ease headaches, refresh the senses, and much more. The cold stones combined with the gentle techniques used will leave you feeling cool, clear and completely renewed. This is a 30 minute session.
