Especially if something is uncomfortable for you throughout your session or even shortly after. We will always do a quick verbal consultation and explanation before the massage. Don't ever be afraid to speak up: ask all the questions, and tell us of any discomfort you experience, no matter what it is. We do not ever want you to suffer in silence!
